We had a great experience with Jersey Radon and Water from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and the team was professional and knowledgeable.They took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. Most importantly, the mitigation system worked extremely well. Our repeat radon test showed a significant reduction in radon levels, giving us great peace of mind. Before this process, we had no experience with radon issues and were genuinely surprised when testing revealed elevated radon levels in our home. The thoughts of having to mitigate radon level was kinda intimidating. So I did my research and vetting. I contacted three top rated companies. The first one never returned my request for quote. The second vendor declined my request first because I was doing my due diligence.  He did come out for an in person meeting later to give me a quote. However, things fell apart when scheduling the job.  Jersey Radon was a pleasure to deal with. They answered all my questions and Radon Tom, the owner, even took on the challenge of doing the job himself for the precision and the look that I desired.  The work product was phenomenal!  Jersey Radon handled my permit application timely and the mitigation system easily passed both building and electrical inspection.  My radon level is reduced significantly as shown in the post install testing. I am very glad that I connected with Jersey Radon for my system and peace of mind.
